I woke up wanting some dousSeurs and I asked myself: where can I purchase some ?
I ran all over the city to find my favourite treat, but nobody carried dousSeurs in their shop. Then and there, I decided to make some, because I just kept remembering the feeling I felt, as a child after each bite:
Good. Satisfied. Craving met.
The delicate feeling of dousSeurs : sweet sweetness melting in my mouth.
After carefully selecting my ingredients, I got to work!
I combined all the ingredients together, stirred, as I was waiting for the ingredients to blend and to form the bond that creates the unforgettable sweetness I was craving for. When the smell of cinnamon and nutmeg starts permeating every inch of my "kwizinn" (kitchen), only then, do I know it's almost ready.
