We do not have a physical location but we are a fully functional online service, for various needs : Cooking classes, Meal prep solutions and our Makèt items.
We also have different pick up options to better serve you.

Shipping & Pick Up

How does pick up work?
Within 24-48 hrs of purchase, a confirmation email is sent to you confirming when your package is ready for pick-up with proper details : time, date, address

Within 24-48hrs hrs of purchase, a confirmation email is sent with shipping details. - Free shipping on purchases of $ 75 or more (current promotion). The products are taken in charge by Canada Post. The delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days. What are the shipping costs?

Do you have corporate gift boxes?

No, all gift cards issued by Cuisine Lakay Lola have no expiration date.

Vendor Request & Collabs

If I am not registered with a NEQ, can my products be sold on Cuisine Lakay Lola’s online platform?
We are accepting vendors that are registered with a NEQ number. And for any food related transformed products, they must have their MAPAQ permit and have taken and completed the Hygiene and safety class training
How do you select the products available in your store?
The products that Cuisine Lakay Lola carries have been tried and tested and handpicked by Lola, or come to us directly from the vendor. We are then able to gather feedback and find out how customers respond to the products before making it available to our customers.
