Local delivery 

Within 24 hrs of purchase, a confirmation email is sent to you confirming when your package is ready for shipping:

- $49 and less: : $7
- $50 and over : free

Postal delivery 

- Free shipping on purchases of $ 50 or more. 

-All orders are sent with Canada Post regular mail.The delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days. We are not responsible for delays with Canada Post.

-Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly before submitting your order. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us to make arrangements. Any changes to shipping will be your responsibility.

- Express Delivery: Please contact us if you want your package to be delivered faster

 

Returns and exchanges 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless the product is defective or damaged:

- Please contact us 24hrs. after delivery.

- Return the product within 7 days of delivery.

- Products must be returned in their original packaging.

- Return of shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

The customer will be refunded once we receive the item(s) in their original packaging.
