Krêpe Batter :
500 ml Milk
4 eggs
1/2 salt
195 g
Browning Butter :
100 g non salted butter
Garnishes :
2 TBSP sour cream (or to taste)
Sliced chocolate pieces
- Start browning the butter : add butter to small pan, on low heat
Making Batter :
- add milk and eggs to bowl, whisk together
- add salt to flour, add to milk mixture
- whisk together until nice and smooth
- Allow to rest 20-30 minutes before using
Making Krêpe :
- sweep your pan with some butter, take 1/4 cup of the batter for each Krêpe (thin crepes)
Building Krêpe :
- after cooking krêpe , add 1 tbsp of konfiti, and roll right away
- set on a dish, side by side, and can even build a small mountain of krêpes
- Once you have the amount of krêpe you want, take your sour cream and start lathering over the krêpe, then add the chocolate shavings
