Ayiti: Histoires de chefs

It's official! The book Ayiti: Histoires de chefs is in bookstores all over Quebec!!

I am so proud to be part of this collective adventure that celebrates the richness of Haitian cuisine and highlights our stories, flavors, heritage and culture. There is a chapter that presents my background and my recipes. 

A big shout out to Carla Beauvais for this tour de force. Bringing together 13 Haitian chefs in the same book to share our common vision and especially our love for Haiti is no small feat. An amazing first in Quebec.
