Creole MeatBall Recipe
A large bowl
Spices : all seasonned, chicken bouillon, thyme, minced garlic, onion powder
Mix all ingredients together, except flour.
Mix well with your hands.
Then form a small ball, about 40g, with your hands.
Roll in flour.
Deep Fry for about 5-6 minutes, or until you have obtained a golden color.
Garnishes : chives, thyme, , onions, green red peppers
