1 Choko Towo cacao ball or any othe cacao ball
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp of brown sugar (or to taste)
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of milk
1tsp of vanilla
- Boil all the ingredients together, except milk and vanilla extract, until cacao dissolves completely (about 6 minutes)
- Let cool 30 sec, pass through strainer (do not keep residue). Return mixture to saucepan
- Add milk and vanilla extract, let boil for another 2 mins
- Pour into mug, and serve while hot
Topping : Whipped Coconut Cream
