Materials

Food processor or Blender (the food processor works great!)

Ingredients

  • handful of ice cubes, crushed 

  • Likè- Haitian sweet liquor (non-alcoholic)

  • Barbancourt Haiti rum

  • Lime (optional) but highly suggest because oh so good

Directions

•put ice in food processor, a few seconds so it really crushes ice

•add to glass


•add Likè-Haitian sweet Liquor

•add alcohol (optional) for adult version 

•add some lemon juice

•gently stir and serve
