Black Beans & Rice Recipe
Diri Ak Pwa NwaThis is a less well know type of Haitian rice but it is nonetheless tasty and pretty quick to make. And when you are ready to make this recipe, the boiled beans can serve double duty because you can also make some black bean sauce with the same type of beans.
