Poul lan Sos. Our locally sourced, non-hormones chicken is tenderized and seasoned with our selection of amazing organic spices before cooking, and then the broth is used to make that amazing red sauce to accompany any main dish.

During the workshop
 Recipe explanation and how-to of making the sòs rouj (red sauce) to accompany your Diri Kolé. 

After the workshop
The meals will be packed in zero waste storage method.

More Details

Growing up in my maman’s kitchen, we were always surrounded with all the wonderful perfumes of her cooking! So, this is exactly what I decided to do, in my own way, during my cooking workshops, in addition to bringing you the multiple tastes and flavors of Haitian cuisine!!
